After years of working behind desks, Ev and Don decided to follow their shared passion for sustainable agriculture and high-quality food. With a vision of doing something meaningful and hands-on, they joined forces as business partners to establish a farm dedicated to raising exceptional Berkshire pork.

Both Ev and Don were drawn to the unique qualities of Berkshire pigs – their rich flavor, tender meat, and superior marbling – and saw an opportunity to provide a product that’s as wholesome as it is delicious. But their dream went beyond the pork itself. They wanted to build a business rooted in values: humane animal care, sustainable farming practices, and a strong connection between farmers and consumers.

From the beginning, their mission has been to bridge the gap between farm and table. On the farm, the pigs are raised with care and respect, enjoying plenty of space, clean air, and a nutritious diet.
